Bulimic, Anorexic Mom???????????

Okay, heres my situation. About four years ago my mother was a 250lb woman and was very happy, I loved her even though she was fat so did my dad that's how he married her and we love her. But she always wanted to be thin. So she goes and has a gastric byp, we tried to convince her that we loved her no matter how she looked and that she was healthy and could try a regular diet like everyone else, and that their was no need for a surgery. She didn't listen and had the surgery she apparently has had a few complications. Pretty much everything she eats she pukes it out. And she is now four years later weighing 117lbs and not so healthy, and on top of everything else about 1 year ago she had a tummy tuck and her , done and her tummy tuck had a complication but shes all better and that problem was fixed. Now she feels like puking but it doesn't come out by it's self she says she's fat and then eats food and will feel it coming down and says that her stomach hurts and goes and sticks her finger in her mouth. Now my question is what do I do? Is she bulimic anorexic, both? What should I do? I have already talked to her in the past but ignores it and says that it's not her fault, my dad has talked to her too, but says its her stomach condition. What should I do please help me? Oh and she's never really all that happy any more, uhhhh please help me!
