Medical transcription school in the Philippines, suggestions anyone?

Been hunting for a good school and got into this Career Step site, is it really advantageous if i take their training compared to other schools? Especially when it comes to getting a job really quick after finishing the course. And what is better, an on line course or a clroom set-up? Thanks.
