Yes defintely sounds like PMDD. I suffer from PMDD. So I know all about it. My suggestion to you would to be switch your birth control method to yaz, yaz birth control helped me tremedsouly! Yaz is for women who suffer from PMDD. Look into it, I would highly suggest it! =)
