Where to shop for age appropriate rock/edgy clothing?

i'm turning 30 & want to revamp my wardrobe. i'm a homemaker & i do NOT have kids. i want something that is age appropriate, but still reflects my unique style & has a rock/edgy feel. i usually wear a medium or 7 in juniors & a small or 4 in misses. i was thinking h & m or bcbg...any other suggestions that aren't overly expensive? online stores are ok too.
