Tennis Colleges Question?

I play tennis, and I'm pretty okay at it...I've only been playing for a year or two, and I'm like a ZAT at the USTA level. In my small high school I'm the number 2 on the varsity team. If I go to a college that is a D2 or a D3 in tennis, do you think I could make the team as a walk-on?
