I just watched that "Supersize Me" movie where they showed how bad fast food and mcdonalds was. Well being a college student and not being able to have home cooked meals, I eat a ton of subway like 3 times a day. Typically i get a club sub or a chicken teriyaki and both with the works as far as vegies and no sauce/dressing. So I am wondering if this food is actually bad for you or is it ok?
