Would spelling your name differently from your legal name affect you?

For years my name had been Christian, or so I thought. I recently found out that my name is spelled without an "h" on my social security card. Cristian, instead of Christian. Would this effect me in any way? I still have to check my birth certificate to see what my legal name really is.
