Plz help me with my Fantasy basketball?

You should really trade Paul Pierce and some other guys in the mix for Williams and maybe Odom. Pierce is good but always has been inconsistent for me, especially when Ray Allen is hot or Kevin garnet. It takes away from his points when he has a lot better people taking shots and rebounds away.
