Is it hard to take care of a little one while in college?

OKAY! ill be starting college soon and with my occupation (obstetrician) ill be in school they say for a good 10 years with college then med then residency and all....now my boyfriend and i are planning on or should i say want a baby in my junior year of college but EVERYONEE says its gunna be hard and all...now in my case i dont want to have a baby in my late 20's and i dont know what to do or how to go about this baby stuff cuz i reallllly want a baby but im stuck and need some help. its like nothing is falling into order or planned:((
