14 gauges to 8 gauges?

14 to 8 is a HUGE jump to take @ once!! I don't recommend it @ all. You'll feel really stupid trying to save money when you permanently mess your ears up. You could rip your ear & it could get infected. Or, if you try to jump too fast the hole in your ear will heal all withered & it'll look really bad. And that's permanent, even if you shrink your ears back down, the withered look will stay. If you want to stretch your ears, do it correctly. 3-4 weeks in between stretches, and don't skip sizes. You can get acryllic plugs VERY cheaply on ebay, & you can even get lots that have many different sizes together. Those will hold you over until you can get better quality jewelry in the size you want to stay at.
